By accessing and using the RPM Machining Ltd. website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
RPM Machining Ltd. provides precision CNC and manual machining services for metals and plastics. We also coordinate outsourced services including metal coatings (zinc, clear, nickel plating), powder coating, metal treating (induction hardening, carburizing, gas nitriding), and surface grinding through our trusted partner network.
Service descriptions on our website are provided for general information purposes. Specific capabilities, tolerances, and limitations will be discussed during the quoting process for your individual project.
We provide quotes based on the drawings, specifications, and project details you provide. Please note:
By confirming an order, you agree to the quoted price and specifications. Payment terms will be established on a per-project basis and communicated at the time of order confirmation. RPM Machining Ltd. reserves the right to require deposits on large or custom orders.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete drawings, specifications, and material requirements. RPM Machining Ltd. will manufacture parts according to the specifications provided. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete specifications supplied by the customer.
If you supply your own material, you are responsible for ensuring it meets the specifications required for your project.
Certain services — including metal coatings, powder coating, metal treating, and surface grinding — are performed by our trusted partner network. While we coordinate and oversee these services on your behalf, the specific processes are carried out by third-party providers. We select our partners based on quality, reliability, and industry standards, but the final warranty and liability for outsourced processes may be subject to the partner's own terms.
Estimated lead times are provided at the time of quoting and are based on current shop capacity and material availability. While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, lead times are estimates and not guarantees. RPM Machining Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by material shortages, equipment breakdown, force majeure, or factors beyond our control.
We ship finished parts across Canada. Shipping costs, method, and insurance will be discussed and agreed upon before shipment.
All parts are inspected before leaving our facility. If you believe a part does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve any quality concerns, which may include re-machining, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
RPM Machining Ltd.'s liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, production delays, or costs incurred from the use or inability to use our products.
Any drawings, designs, or specifications you provide remain your intellectual property. We will not share, reproduce, or use your proprietary information for any purpose other than fulfilling your order without your written consent.
All content on our website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of RPM Machining Ltd. and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
