What is Laser Cutting?
Laser cutting uses a focused, high-powered laser beam to cut through metals and plastics with extreme precision. It produces clean edges, tight tolerances, and complex shapes that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with traditional cutting methods — all with minimal material waste and fast turnaround times.
RPM Machining Ltd. coordinates laser cutting through our trusted partner network. Simply send us your PDF drawings or DXF files, and we handle the rest — from material sourcing to cutting to delivery. Combined with our in-house machining capabilities, we can offer a complete fabrication-to-finish workflow.
Our Process
Send Us Your Files
Email your PDF drawings or DXF files to us. If you have a physical sample or sketch, we can work from that too — we'll create the cutting files for you.
Quote & Material Selection
We review your files, confirm material type and thickness, and provide a detailed quote covering cutting, any additional machining, and delivery.
Partner Coordination
We send your job to our trusted laser cutting partners with full specifications. We manage the scheduling, quality requirements, and logistics.
Precision Laser Cutting
Your parts are cut using high-precision laser equipment for clean edges, tight tolerances, and complex geometries — with minimal heat-affected zone and material waste.
Additional Machining (If Needed)
If your laser-cut parts need additional machining — holes, threads, surface finishing — we handle that in-house at our Yorkton facility.
Inspection & Delivery
Finished parts are inspected for dimensional accuracy and shipped anywhere in Canada, or available for local pickup.
